Velocis ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Velocis mobile application and related services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email, profile photo, and authentication identifiers.
- Workspace content: tasks, projects, comments, attachments, and invite codes you create or receive.
- Device data: device model, OS version, language, time zone, and crash diagnostics.
- Usage data: feature interactions used to improve product quality.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, sync tasks across your devices, enable team collaboration, send notifications you have opted into, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, push notifications) under data processing agreements, with workspace members you invite, or when required by law.
5. Data Storage & Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard safeguards but no system is 100% secure. The app caches data locally (MMKV) so you can continue working offline.
6. Your Rights
You may access, update, export, or delete your data at any time from in-app Settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data within 30 days.
7. Children
Velocis is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or via email.
