1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Velocis ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Velocis. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the tasks, projects, files, and content you create ("Your Content"). You grant Velocis a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) upload malware; (d) harass other users; (e) attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; or (f) use the Service to send spam.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from in-app Settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
